To create a template that can be used when sending texts through the Contact, Drip Campaigns or Event Campaigns navigate to Settings >> CRM >> Autoresponse Emails and scroll down till you see SMS Templates. Click on 
Next fill in your Message Body and Template Name.
Please note you can use Interpolation fields with the { } icon to the bottom right of the Message. Here you will be shown a list of all the available fields you can pull information from such as {firstname} which pulls the contacts first name. Simply copy the text including the { } and paste it in your message where you'd like it to go.
If you want to add an Image, GIF or Video click on Media (optional) where you will be given 2 options. (Note: template available from the contact reply window)
- Custom Image Upload - Upload an image from your desktop to use in the SMS Template
- Media Library Selection - Already uploaded an image/gif/video click here to view your uploaded content to select from.
Once Saved you'll be able to select your Template when setting up a Text through Event Campaigns and Drip Campaigns both located in the same area under Settings >> CRM >> Autoresponse Emails
