Interpolations can be used in email and SMS templates to auto-populate user and contact information (including information from Encompass). For example you can start an email template with "Hi {firstname}" instead of simply "Hi".
When the email is sent to the contact, the interpolation field {firstname} will use the contacts first name for the email. Another example is pulling information into your signature such as your Website link or Application Link can be used for words or as hyperlinks making your signature dynamic.
