Email autoresponders are used to automate emails to your contacts. It eliminates the process of having to search through your templates library. An email sent by applying one tag. Follow these three easy steps:
STEP 1. Create a Status Tag
This status tag will trigger the email template sent to your contacts. For example, a "New" status tag can be paired by an auto-response email to
automatically send out.
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on CRM
3. Pick Contact Types
4. Find Company Status module
5. Add a New Status Tag
STEP 2. Create an Email Template
This is the email template you want to send out to your leads, sent by triggering the status tag created above.
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on CRM
3. Choose Autoresponse Emails
4. Add a new Email Template
3. Create the Autoresponse Rule
This step connects Steps 1 and 2 together. Without this rule, your email will not send out when the status tag is triggered. Make sure to choose "Resolve from Assignees" under the Email Signature dropdown!

2. Click on CRM
3. Choose Autoresponse Emails
4. Choose the Autoresponse Rules tab
5. Click on Add Autoresponse Email
