Missing a status tag? Need to create one that fits your follow up flow? Customize your own status tag while controlling the status tag and text color!
Follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Settings >> CRM >> Contact Types
2. Scroll down under My Company's Statuses and click on Add a New Status Tag
6. Type in the status tag name, pick the tag and text color, then click Create Contact Status.
You can also move your Status Tags up and down the list by clicking and dragging it to where you want it in the list.
