User Profile Settings

Update your user profile to enhance your communication. You can use these fields as dynamic fields to interpolate values into email or sms templates. 

 

How to edit your profile

  1. Go to 'SETTINGS' from the top navigation header 
  2. Click on 'Profile' to customize your profile: 

 

How to upload a profile photo

  1. Click 'Upload a new photo'
  2. 'Choose file' to select a profile image from your computer
  3. Click 'Save Profile' to save your profile picture

 

How to crop your photo

  1. Crop your photo to a 1:1 square ratio: click on 'Crop' 
  2. Drag the crop tool to expand or decrease your crop area as desired
  3. Click 'Finish Cropping' to save

 

Required User Profile Fields

While some fields are optional, the following fields are required for every user profile: 

  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Password

 

Assign Tracking Number

Choose a tracking number from the drop-down list. This is the tracking number that will be assigned to the user for outbound SMS and calling. Configure inbound call routing rules in Call Settings.

 

Creating an Email Signature

Add an email signature to be used in email blasts or drip campaign email templates. You can copy and paste your email signature or customize your email signature using the editing toolbar. 

 

To add an image (ex. headshot or logo): 

  • Open the 'Image Properties' window: Click on the image icon image_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz48.png from the editing toolbar
  • Select an image from your computer: Click on 'Upload' tab, select 'Choose File'
  • Then select, 'Send it to the Server', when finished click 'OK'
  • Save your email signature: Click 'Save Profile' 

 

 

Linking your Zillow Profile Reviews

Connect your Zillow Profile account and build credibility by automatically displaying your most recent Zillow Reviews under neath your email signature. 

 

  1. Enter your NMLS#: Click 'Connect'
  2. Optional: enter your preferred job title that will be displayed next to your name, click 'Save'
⚠️ Big Purple Dot will automatically refresh daily for the most recent Zillow Review to be displayed underneath your email signature. If you want to manually update your account, click 'Update Info'. 

 

To disable Zillow Reviews from appearing: 

  1. Click 'Disconnect' to disable Zillow Reviews from appearing underneath your email signature. 

 

 

Update your password 

  1. To update your password, click 'Change Password'
  2. Enter your desired password, and re-enter the password to confirm. 
  3. Click 'Save' when finished 

 

Dynamic User Profile Fields for Interpolation

All user profile fields can be used dynamically in templates. For example, if you want a template to automatically pull in the profile picture, license #, and the apply URL, you can use interpolate these values dynamically from the user assigned to the contact record. Below are the list of interpolation values for fields from the user profile:
