Admins View vs. My View CRM
Admins now have the ability to switch between two views in the CRM:
- Admin View: See all contacts assigned to all users.
- My View: See only the contacts assigned to you.
This feature makes it easier to manage and organize your contacts based on your role.
Easily Search Synced Lists Intelligence
You can now use the advanced search filter 'Recruit List' to find loan officers or agents by list names after adding them to a synced list. This makes it easy to locate loan officers and agents who have been added to multiple lists.
Cascading Contact Types for Sub Accounts CRM
You can now set contact types to cascade to sub accounts. When you create a contact type in the parent account, the same contact type will automatically be applied to all associated sub accounts. This feature simplifies contact management and ensures consistency across related accounts.
