With Big Purple Dot you can Call and Text your contacts directly from the system with a Big Purple Dot Tracking Number.
Each User can have 1 Tracking Number specifically assigned to a user but an account can have multiple Tracking Numbers available to use.
The first Tracking Number is included in your account and each additional Tracking Number is $7.99 per month. Text messages are billed at $.00875 per text and $.03 per MMS.
To set up your Tracking Number simply ask your Admin or account owner to navigate to Settings >> Calls and hit the Add Tracking Number.
You'll start by searching for the Area Code you want (please note that due to inventory if you don't find the area code you are looking for please try an alternate area code in your area, you can search here for examples)
The next screen will ask for some additional information:
Receiving Number: What number you want to forward any calls to your BPD Tracking Number
Assigned To: Which User do you want to have this number.
Line Name: Name of the tracking number for easy reference
Voicemail Delay: How many Seconds before routing to Voicemail
Is Dialer Number: Does this number appear in the list of available numbers when dialing out from BPD
SMS Notification Scoping: Only users that are assigned to the contact and that a receiving number set for that user will be opted in for text notifications. If unchecked, all users assigned to the contact gets notified for incoming texts.
Lastly you'll click buy and then one last confirmation page and the line will be available for calling, texting or drip campaigns.
