Efficiency and effectiveness are top priorities for every successful mortgage professional. So, finding the best and most laborsaving ways to communicate with leads and clients is incredibly important. It is critical to deliver marketing content and useful information to those in your network in effective and engaging ways and now you can add Video to your Texting Campaigns to do just that!
To begin you will need to create or upload your video to be used. Creating your video content will need to be done in a Chrome browser, version 94 or later to create and edit your media. Once created you can add the media to your SMS/Text templates and then to your Drip Campaigns in any browser of your choice.
To start once logged in to your Big Purple Dot account navigate to Settings >> CRM >> Marketing Media (bottom link)
You then have 3 options; Add Image, Create Video and Create Title Page
Adding an Image is a static image you can upload an image from your computer to be used in email or text message communications.
Create Video is the actual Video you will either record from your PC/Laptop or you can Upload an existing video you've already created via the composer. When uploading we recommend the duration of your video be less than 30 seconds to keep the quality of the video as high as possible.
Please note that your video will be auto-adjusted in size and quality to meet the MMS standards of the mobile carrier being delivered to.
Create Title Page is where you can create a 3-second (animated gif) page that can be used in the front or at the end of your video. This page can include images and text that will fade in once played. Great way to brand your videos professionally!
Title Page Builder is where you can add images or text from the 2 options below and once items have been added you can adjust the order in which they display in the right column. You can also change the color of the text using the circle color picker on the right or change the font size by adjusting the box around the text.
When deployed you'll see the text (and any other text or images) will fade in.

How to stitch together your Video with Title Pages?
Click on the Edit button to the right of the video to add your Title Pages.
You also have the option of trimming the video using the bar below the video.
How to Send your newly created Video via text
1) Navigate to Settings >> CRM >> Autoresponse Emails, Templates tab then scroll down to the SMS section and click the "+Add SMS" button and enter your message, template name, and select the Video Media from the drop-down.
2) Navigate to Settings >> CRM >> Contact Types and add a New Unique Tag that we will use to trigger the Drip Campaign on the Filtered list of contacts
3) Navigate to Settings >> CRM >> Autoresponse Emails, Drip Campaigns tab and create a new Drip Campaign and include the new SMS template using the Unique Tag then save the Drip.
-You'll see the Video Texts at the top and will have this icon before the name (

4) To send this to your contacts, navigate to your Contacts and Filter who you would like to send this template to.
5) Bulk Select the contacts on the page and select the new TAG created for the drip campaign.
Please note: that you will only be able to add the Tag to 40 contacts at a time. So if you have say 200 contacts you are adding this to simply add the tag page by page till all your contacts have the tag and are on the Drip Campaign.
