The Big Purple Dot Open House App is now located right within your iPad app. With the Open House feature, you can easily have your visitors sign in with all their contact information, add notes about each visitor, and send all the info directly to your CRM. Once your Open House has ended you can send reports to anyone that includes all your visitor's information.
Step 1.
When logging into your iPad Big Purple Dot app, navigate to ...More down at the bottom of the app and choose Open House
Step 2.
To start a new listing please click the + sign in the top right corner. You can also click on any other listings you may have set up previously to view them.
Step 3.
Add the New Listing address.
Step 4.
Customize your listing by uploading images, adding bedroom and bathroom details, listing price, square footage, and a summary about the listing. These images and details will be displayed for each user to view while they are signing in.
Step 5.
Toggle on or off your sign-in questions. These are pre-set questions you can choose from.
Step 6.
To start your Open House click Start Open House to begin signing people in. Visitors can use the app to sign in and answer your pre-set questions.
Step 7.
Once your Open House has concluded click Exit to add any notes on your visitors and to end the open house. All your visitor's information will be sent to your CRM.
Contacts will be sent to your CRM with all information they have provided during the open house.
Step 8.
Before you finish and close out the app, you have the opportunity to send a report to anyone that includes a list of all of your attended visitors.

Once you've exited the listing, you can send another report or a "Thank You" to all your visitors.
