Big Purple Dot allows each account to round-robin leads to users in a 1:1 fashion, and now with our addition of redistribution, if the user who is assigned the next round-robin lead does not act quick enough the lead can then be claimed by someone else. This ensures that each lead is worked as quickly as possible increasing speed-to-contact.
Requirements
- You have an active Big Purple Dot Subscription.
- You have installed the Big Purple Dot Mobile Application on your mobile device.
- You are opted in to receiving mobile app push notifications or text notifications.
Round Robin
Each user will receive a text message notification that a new lead has been assigned through Round Robin. You must claim the lead before the timer runs out.
Login to your Big Purple Dot App and Click the New Lead
Click on the New Contact
Proceed to Take action (you must complete at least 1 action below):
- Place a Phone Call
- Add a status tag
- Add a note
- Send a text
- Send an email
Example: Placing a call
Always Choose your tracking number to place the call
The call will initiate. Please pick up your mobile device and Press "1" on your dial pad to initiate the call.
You will receive a confirmation text message if you have successfully claimed the lead.
You may now continue to add notes, add tags, etc.
Redistribution
If the round-robin user has failed to claim the lead during their given duration, every user will receive a text message notification that a new lead is up for grabs, click the link provided.
Claiming works on a first-come-first-served basis. The first to claim wins the lead.
Click the blue Claim Contact button. You cannot skip this step.
A countdown will begin. Click on View Contact in App.
Click Open to open the Big Purple Dot App
Proceed to Take action (you must complete at least 1 action below):
- Place a Phone Call
- Add a status tag
- Add a note
- Send a text
- Send an email
You will receive a confirmation text message if you have successfully claimed the lead.
You may now continue to add notes, add tags, etc.
