Create a new BPD AI persona by using persona characteristic fields to customize the AI's behavior and responses. By adjusting these field and inputs, you can create a BPD AI Assistant that is tailored to your specific needs and use case.

How to create a persona
- Go to 'Settings', 'Profile', select 'BPD AI Personas'
- Enter values for each persona field
- Click 'Save' to save your new persona

Persona fields defined
- Persona Name: Name your persona. This is the name that will be displayed in the Persona drop-down in the BPD AI Assistant chat window.
- Role: Specify the role of the persona, such as "loan officer", or "realtor".
- Tones: Use tone to specify the emotional tone of the persona, such as "professional", or "formal". Use commas "," to separate each tone.
- Character Limit: Set the maximum number of characters that can be used in a message, for example "150" characters.
- Creativity Level: Controls the level of randomness or creativity in the persona's response. Level values can range from 0-1, lower level (0) = predictable response, and higher level (1) = random response.
- Number of Responses: Determine how many initial responses you would like BPA AI to generate.
- Contact Description: Generate a more personalized and relevant response by adding a description of the contact.
- Persona Description: Generate a better response by describing the role of the persona.
- Contact's Objective: Specify the goal or purpose of the contact's request to provide more relevant and effective responses.
How to edit an existing persona
- Go to 'Settings', 'Profile', select 'BPD AI Personas'
- Under 'Saved Personas' section, click on the edit icon in the 'Actions' column
- Make your desired changes, then click 'Save' to save your changes
- To delete a saved persona, click the delete icon
