Admin users have the privilege of updating the company information. Any changes will be reflected across all user accounts.
My Company Information
All fields in this section with the exception of the 'Timezone' field can be used to dynamically to interpolate values in SMS or email template. For example, if you'd like the Company Name to pull into an email template, use the interpolation value '{agent_company_name}'. To view a list of all interpolations, Settings > CRM > Data Fields.
Time zone
Time zone is used throughout the account to determine the time zone of the company. In the company profile settings, time zone is used in the Business Hours settings.
Additional Company Info
There are six (6) 'Social media URLs' that can be saved and used as interpolations to dynamically pull this field values in SMS or email templates. Add your 'Company Disclaimer' that can also be used in SMS or email templates dynamically. When you're finished editing, click 'Save Company Info' to save these changes. You can view interpolations under Settings > CRM > Data Fields.
Company Logo
- Upload company logo, click 'Change my company logo'
- 'Choose file' to select a logo from your computer
- Company logo is automatically saved

Backend colors
Customize the UI to match the company branding by adding HEX code values in each of the color fields. By default, the platform is set with Big Purple Dot color scheme. To revert back to this default state, click 'Revert to Default Colors'.
Business Hours
Adjust the business hours to prevent drip SMS or Emails from being sent outside of the set business hour rules. The rule does not apply on SMS or emails manually sent by the user. You can set the time restriction or days of the week.
If a drip SMS or email is schedule to be sent during the restricted hours, it will be delivered the following business hour.
Ex. Based on the rules below, any drips scheduled to be sent during the restricted hours will be queued to be sent on the following Mon, after 9:00 am PST.
