The calendar is on your Dashboard and it shows all your past/upcoming events or tasks for the month.
If you want to create an Event or Task, simply click on the desired date box.
A window will pop-up and allow you to select the type of event, date, and assignees from your team.

Any Event or Task created from the Dashboard Calendar will not be associated with a Contact and will only be seen on the Dashboard Calendar.
To see or create an Event or Task that is assigned and tied to a Contact you will need to navigate to the Contact record. Navigate to your CONTACTS tab at the top and search for and click on the contact you wish add the new Event or Task.
Simply Click on the name of the contact to open the Contact Profile page where you will see the Contact Calendar.
To add a new Event or Task click on the Date to open a window to set the specifics.
If you use the Quickview option to view the contact details, you wont see a Calendar but you can see and add/edit new Events or Tasks by scrolling to the bottom of the Contact Info section.
How to Edit an Event or Task
If you are on the Dashboard or Contact Profile Calendar, simply click on on the Event/Tasks list on the calendar.
Then click on the Title of the Event or Task, if there are multiple Events or Tasks you can scroll through and locate the one you want to edit.
This will open the Event/Task window where you can make any changes you need. Once you are satisfied with your changes click Save or Delete.
Once you click on the and scroll down on the left side (Contact Info side) and at the very bottom you'll find the Calendar and Task items. Here you can Add a new Event or Task by clicking on the appropriate +Add Event or +Add Task buttons.
To edit an existing Event or Task, click on the name of the event or task to open up the Edit Window.
