Emails are one of the ways to communicate with your leads. Any emails sent from Big Purple Dot will use your email address.
1. Go to the Contacts page
2. Click on the contact's Quick Preview
3. Click on the contact's email address under the leads name
4. Add the Subject and Content
5. Hit Send
Other tips:
If you are going to use this email again, save it as an e-mail template by clicking on the square icon 
to the right of the Send button.
Replies will appear in the mailbox of the email address you used. To change your email address, go to Settings > Contact Information.
