Can I use my cell phone or office phone as my tracking number?

Unfortunately, no. You cannot use your own number or spoof a cell phone number within our system.

You can port in a number that you purchased elsewhere, please reach out to [e-mail] in order to learn how. 

Rest assured, should you ever need to cancel your Big Purple Dot account, you can always take the number with you!
